We have low cost kayak rental places right around the corner - but if you want to really enjoy this sport, why don't you go on a day trip to Quadra Island from where you can explore a number of little islands, protected from the waves and watch wild life like dolphins, seals, sea lions, eagles and all kinds of other birds.

At Quadra Island Kayaks you can just rent the boats or join one of their courses for beginners and you can choose between a 1/2 day or full day tour at reasonable prices - lunch is included.

Once you had your workout you will enjoy a glass of wine or beer in our teepee and you will let us know everything you experienced during the day.
