The Nature House & Cafe is located off the Dog-Beach parking lot. School classes use this facility a lot to teach children about animals, fish, ocean and tides - it is open to the general public and schedules for kids are provided.

In addition to the Nature House there is a theatre in the park with a lot of useful information.
